Florence with Locals is the trading name of Florence With Locals S.r.l., a tour operator registered in Florence, Italy. We design and run our own small-group and private tours of the city's museums and historic centre — we are not a booking marketplace reselling someone else's product.
Groups are capped at six people on small-group departures. Every tour is led by a guide licensed by the Region of Tuscany. Museum admission is reserved in advance in your name, so you enter at a booked time slot instead of queueing.
We operate under SCIA – Agenzia di viaggi e tour operator (ATECO 79.11) filed with SUAP Comune di Firenze (prot. 07564730484-23072026-0853, 2026-07-23), and we carry the professional liability insurance required of Italian travel agencies: Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited – Rappresentanza Generale per l’Italia, policy HEC058919/P/2026, € 260.000,00 of cover.

Price transparency. The price shown is per person in euro and includes museum admission and reservation fees where stated. The total you pay is shown in full before payment is taken — there are no charges added afterwards.
