What we can help with

• Booking questions — availability, group size, whether a tour suits children, reduced mobility or a specific interest.
• Changes and cancellations — free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time; message us and we will handle it.
• Private and custom tours — tell us your dates, party size and what you want to see, and we will design an itinerary and quote it.
• Groups, schools and corporate visits — we run larger private arrangements on request, outside the standard small-group departures.
• On the day — running late, cannot find the meeting point, or need your guide: call or WhatsApp the number above rather than emailing.

Finding your meeting point

Every tour has its own meeting point, and it is written on your tour page and repeated in your confirmation email with a map link. Meeting points are outdoors and near the venue entrance, not inside it. If you arrive and cannot see your guide, call us — we will connect you directly.

Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are non-refundable because museum admission has already been reserved in your name. Tours cancelled by us for any reason are refunded in full.

Please note: under art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date. Our own cancellation terms above apply instead. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
