What happens if it rains during our tour?

The majority of this tour (approximately 2 hours) takes place indoors in the climate-controlled Palatine Gallery and Royal Apartments, so rain does not affect most of the experience. The Boboli Gardens portion (30-40 minutes) is outdoors. If light rain is forecasted, we recommend bringing an umbrella or light rain jacket. In case of heavy rain, your guide can adjust the itinerary to spend more time in the indoor galleries and provide detailed information about the gardens so you can explore them later when weather improves. The tour operates in all weather conditions except extreme situations.

Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are non-refundable because museum admission has already been reserved in your name. Tours cancelled by us for any reason are refunded in full.
